Nano registration, login and account verification
Opening an account takes a few minutes; getting it ready to pay out takes a little longer, and that second part is where most withdrawal problems begin. This page explains how to register and create an account at Nano, how to sign in and recover access, which documents identity verification (KYC) may involve, and why the smartest moment to verify is before your first withdrawal rather than after it. It is part of an independent guide that starts on the home page; screens and labels on the operator's site may differ from the descriptions here.
Go to the offerBefore you sign up: three checks
- Your country and age. Read the restricted-countries list in the operator's terms and check your local law. Accounts opened from restricted locations, or by anyone under the legal age, can be closed with winnings voided.
- The license. Find the regulator and license number in the footer and look them up in the regulator's public register. The about this guide page explains how.
- A payment method in your name. Withdrawals usually go back to a method you own, and the name on it must match the name on the casino account. Decide which method you will use before you start; the payments section covers cards, bank transfer, e-wallets and crypto.
How to register at Nano: step by step
- Open the operator's site from a trusted link or by typing the address, and click the registration button — it may read “Sign up”, “Register”, “Create account”, “Join” or “Open account”.
- Choose how to register: an email form, a phone number, or a social login if one is offered.
- Enter your real first and last name, date of birth and address exactly as they appear on your identity document. Nicknames, missing middle names or a different address are a frequent cause of failed verification later.
- Select the account currency carefully. On many sites it cannot be changed once the account exists.
- Create a password you do not use anywhere else, and store it in a password manager.
- Leave the promo code field empty unless you have read the bonus terms and actually want that bonus.
- Read the terms and the privacy policy before ticking the boxes; they define the withdrawal rules you are agreeing to.
- Confirm your email or phone number with the code or link the operator sends.
- Log in, open the responsible-gambling settings and set a deposit limit before your first deposit.
Registration bonus and promo codes
Some operators offer a sign-up bonus, or a promo code to enter during registration. Accepting one attaches a wagering requirement to your deposit or to the bonus amount, and until it is completed the balance may be locked and withdrawals delayed or reduced. Other bonus rules — a maximum bet while the bonus is active, games that contribute less to wagering, a cap on winnings — also matter at cash-out. You are normally free to decline. If you do want an offer, read the welcome bonus guide and the promo codes page first, and see how wagering works on the wagering page.
Account verification (KYC): what the operator may ask
Know-your-customer checks confirm that you are who you say you are, that you are of legal age and that the payment method is yours. Operators are generally required by their license and by anti-money-laundering rules to perform them. Exactly what is requested varies; the table shows the documents commonly asked for.
| Document | What it proves | Tips |
|---|---|---|
| Government ID (passport, national ID card or driver's license) | Identity and age | Valid, all four corners visible, no glare; both sides of a card |
| Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) | Where you live | Recent, in your name, address matching the account; check the age limit the operator sets |
| Proof of payment-method ownership | The card, bank account or wallet is yours | For a card, cover the middle digits and the security code; for a wallet, a screenshot of the profile with your name |
| Selfie with ID | That the person and the document match | Face and document both readable, no filters |
| Source of funds (sometimes) | Where the money you deposit comes from | Usually requested only for larger amounts; payslips or statements |
Email verification and phone verification are separate from KYC: they confirm that you control the contact details, not who you are. An account can show a verified email and still be unverified for withdrawals.
Verify before your first withdrawal
Many players wait until they win before uploading documents, and then the first withdrawal sits in review while the operator checks them. If the account section lets you upload documents in advance, do it right after registering. Your first payout will then depend only on the usual processing steps, not on a document review that starts at the moment you most want the money.
The single most important rule: the name on the casino account must match the name on the payment method. A card belonging to a partner, a parent's bank account or a friend's e-wallet will usually be rejected for withdrawals, and deposits made with it may be questioned. Joint bank accounts can work if your name appears on them, but ask support before relying on one. The withdrawal guide lists the other common causes of delay.
Login and account access
To log in or sign in, always use the address you bookmarked after registering, never a link from an ad or a message — fake copies of casino sites exist, as the mirror and access page explains. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the login form; the reset link is sent to your registered email or phone. Turn on two-factor authentication if the account offers it. After several failed attempts an account may be locked temporarily for security; wait, or contact support from the registered email address to restore account access.
Mobile registration
You can register on mobile through the phone's browser in the same way as on a computer. Document upload is often easier on a phone, because you can photograph the ID directly; use good light and a flat surface. If you prefer an app, the Nano app page explains how to download an app safely and what to do if none exists.
Registration problems and blocked accounts
- Cannot register. The form may refuse a restricted country, an age below the minimum, or an email or phone number already linked to an account.
- Duplicate accounts. Operators generally allow one account per person, household or device. Opening a second one to get a new bonus or to get around a block breaches the terms and puts any winnings at risk.
- Account blocked. Common reasons are failed or incomplete verification, a suspected duplicate account, a self-exclusion or a payment dispute.
- What to do. Ask support for the reason in writing and what is needed to resolve it. If you disagree with the answer, the complaints page sets out the next steps.
