Trustly at Nano: paying straight from your bank account
Trustly is a pay-by-bank service: instead of typing card numbers or making a manual transfer, you pick your bank, sign in with your usual banking credentials and approve a payment that is already filled in. There is no separate Trustly account to open. Whether you can use it at Nano depends on the country you play from and on whether your bank is connected to the service. The set of methods and the limits depend on the operator and your account — check the cashier.
Go to the offerHow a Trustly deposit works
- Choose Trustly in the cashier and enter the amount.
- Select your country and your bank from the list in the payment window.
- Sign in with your bank’s own authentication — usually a banking app, card reader or one-time code.
- Choose the account to pay from and approve the payment.
- Return to the cashier, where the deposit should show as completed once the bank confirms.
Because the operator is told about the payment immediately, a pay-by-bank deposit is usually credited much faster than a manual bank transfer, and there is no reference to copy by hand.
Availability depends on country and bank
Trustly covers a set of countries and, within each, a list of connected banks. If your country is not supported, the method simply will not appear in the cashier; if your bank is missing from the list, you will need another route. Some operators also use pay-by-bank only for deposits and pay out in a different way. The cashier on the day you log in is the only reliable answer — availability changes as providers add or drop markets.
Withdrawals through pay by bank
Where the operator offers Trustly payouts, the money goes back to the bank account you paid from, which keeps the closed loop simple: one account in, the same account out. The account must be in your name, and the first payout still waits for identity verification. If Trustly is not listed on the withdrawal tab, the operator will usually ask for your account details for a normal bank transfer, which brings back banking days and cut-off times.
What can delay a Trustly payment
- Authentication timing out. Strong customer authentication has a time window; approve promptly in the banking app.
- Joint or business accounts. An account that is not solely in your name can fail the name check on the casino side.
- Bank-side limits. Daily online payment limits set by your bank can stop a larger deposit even when the cashier allows it.
- Bank gambling blocks. If you have asked your bank to block gambling payments, pay-by-bank payments to the operator are blocked too — which is the point of the block.
Signing in safely
You are entering your banking credentials, so check where you are entering them. Start the payment only from the cashier inside the operator’s site, make sure the payment window shows the Trustly or bank address, and approve in your own banking app where possible. Nobody legitimate — not the operator, not this site — will ever ask you to send banking passwords or codes by chat, e-mail or phone.
